Shipping policy
hipping Terms (for Large/Heavy Items – Ocean & Air Freight)
1. Shipping Methods
Ocean Freight: All orders are shipped via international ocean freight using reputable carriers. Estimated transit times may vary depending on the destination port and shipping schedule.
Air Freight (Optional): Select orders may be shipped via air freight for expedited delivery. All air freight shipping costs will be covered by the seller. Estimated transit times are typically 5–10 business days to U.S. destinations.
2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time may vary during peak seasons or due to high order volumes.
3. Delivery Time
Ocean Freight: Estimated delivery to U.S. ports is 20–40 business days from the date of shipment.
Air Freight: Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days from the date of shipment.
Please note that transit times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, port congestion, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Ocean freight shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of each order. Any applicable port handling fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Air freight costs are fully covered by the seller; recipients are not charged extra for expedited shipping.
5. Customs and Duties
Recipients are responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by U.S. authorities. All shipments will include standard commercial documentation for customs processing.
6. Tracking
Once shipped, tracking information will be provided where available. Tracking updates may vary depending on the carrier.
7. Liability and Insurance
All shipments are carefully packaged to prevent damage. Buyers may choose to purchase additional cargo insurance for high-value or fragile items. The seller is not liable for delays or damages caused by the carrier or customs authorities.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, the buyer must notify the seller within 7 business days of receipt (or expected delivery date for lost items) to initiate a claim with the carrier. Supporting documentation (photos, shipping receipt, inspection report) may be required.
9. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the size and weight of items, returns or exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Buyers should contact customer support for instructions before returning any shipment.
10. Force Majeure
The seller is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, port strikes, shipping carrier disruptions, or regulatory actions.
